Air handler unit cleaning

We utilize mechanical agitation methods and contact vacuuming to clean air handler units, along with a HEPA-filtered high-velocity vacuum to remove particulate matter from interior surfaces.

The debris collected during cleaning is carefully managed to prevent any dispersion throughout or outside the HVAC system. All cleaning methods adhere to the applicable NADCA standards.

Commercial coil  cleaning

The coil cleaning method is employed to ensure that coils are visibly clean and meet the coil cleaning verification standards outlined by NADCA ACR. Coils that retain moisture can become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold, making it essential for commercial HVAC systems to undergo cleaning at least once a year.

Neglecting this can result in increased operating temperatures, reduced cooling efficiency, higher cooling costs, and a greater likelihood of repairs or replacements. In summary, clean coils provide benefits such as energy savings, optimal heat/cool transfer, extended system lifespan, and enhanced air quality.

Commercial dryer vent cleaning

Commercial dryer vents require diligent care and maintenance from professional cleaning service providers, as they handle numerous loads of laundry daily. Numerous fire incidents have been linked to commercial dryer vents, often due to decreased efficiency, which can cause overheating.

The lint produced during drying is highly flammable, and when combined with an overheating machine, it poses a serious fire risk.

Exhaust  air ventilation cleaning

These systems feature "mushroom" fans on the roof connected to grills in individual apartments or floors through vertical shafts or ducts. Typically, the exhaust shafts are made from sheet metal ductwork, gypsum board, or masonry, with exhaust grills usually placed in bathrooms kitchens. Common areas and corridors may also have grills on floor linked to a central roof fan. However, over time, these ventilation systems can become overloaded with allergens, mold, dust, and other pollutants. Issues arise from unsealed ductwork, gaps, cracks, or simply the age of the system and infrequent cleaning, making it common for mid-rise or high-rise buildings to have never undergone a ventilation system cleaning.

HVAC liner resurfacing

Over time, internal duct insulation or liners can degrade, leading to the release of loose fiberglass fibers into the air stream. resurfacing coating is applied to create a protective layer that seals and reinforces both new and aged duct liner insulation materials. This resurfacing process prevent fiberglass particles from entering occupied areas and protects against the growth and of odors typically caused by microbial activity.

Over time, air handler condensate pans can become corroded. Restoration can halt rust and damage, significantly extending the lifespan of the drain pan. Pancrete enhances the structural integrity of drain pans and provides a permanent seal existing leaks. Compliant with NFPA 90A, Pancrete's water-repellent surface and uniform leveling help prevent water accumulation in HVAC condensate pans, while also protecting against further corrosion on various HVAC components, including condensate pans, side walls, fan blower enclosures, and chilled water piping.
